Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Addendum

By accessing or using the WatchDog Security Partner Hub ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding addendum between you and WatchDog Security Inc. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Partner MSP Access Agreement you previously signed, the terms of the Partner MSP Access Agreement shall expressly override and take precedence.

2. Eligibility & Access

Access to the Platform is restricted to authorized partners who have executed a Partner MSP Access Agreement with WatchDog Security. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of your organization and have been granted access by WatchDog Security.

3. Account Responsibilities

As an authorized user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Maintain accurate, current, and complete information regarding your partner profile.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for business purposes, including but not limited to: completing training courses, earning certifications, managing client leads, creating and sharing proposals, and accessing partner resources. You may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Platform without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying structure of the Platform.
• Share, transfer, or distribute your account credentials or grant unauthorized third parties access to the Platform.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or disruptive code through the Platform.
• Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform.

5. Lead Registration & Protection

WatchDog Security is committed to protecting the business interests of our Partners. When you securely register a client lead through the Platform:

• We guarantee that WatchDog Security will not aggressively pursue, poach, or market directly to your registered leads without your explicit involvement.
• Registered leads are associated with your Partner account, ensuring your efforts in acquiring and managing prospects are respected and protected under our partnership agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, certification frameworks, and software—is the property of WatchDog Security Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose under your Partner MSP Access Agreement.

7. Certifications

Certifications earned through the Platform are subject to the completion of all required coursework and assessments. WatchDog Security reserves the right to revoke certifications if it is determined that they were obtained through fraudulent means or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WatchDog Security Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WatchDog Security Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WatchDog Security Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
